Levelling up in skin casinos can be beneficial, since many of them do offer free skins from daily cases depending on your level. Today we’ll be reviewing Clash.gg, one of my all time favourite CS2 casinos out there. To start the guide, we’ll be using 1000 coins and trying to wager as much as possible before running out.

How XP Works on Clash.gg

Clash.gg rewards XP every time you wager coins on any of their games. This XP adds up over time and unlocks daily cases that can give you free CS2 Skins. The higher your level, the better the daily case you get access to.

The key takeaway is simple: the more you wager, the faster you climb levels. But the trick is to spread out your balance across different games to maximize XP without going broke instantly.

Starting the Trial: 1000 Coins

With 1000 coins, I wanted to test all the main game modes on Clash.gg. My goal was not to hit a massive win but to see which games give the best balance between XP gain and keeping my balance alive.

Case Openings

I began with a few cheap CS2 cases. These are straightforward, and every spin gives XP no matter the outcome. Opening lower-cost cases stretched my balance, letting me rack up small chunks of XP consistently.

However, I chucked 815.37 coins into the ‘Thief‘ case (screenshot below) and ended up profiting over 900 coins after that.

Overall experience for wagering: 4.8/5 (just open a lot of low-risk cases on 1v1 mode in battles and you’re good)

Case Battles

Next, I joined a couple of case battles. This mode burns through coins a bit faster, but it was also one of the most exciting ways to grind XP. Even losing battles gave me decent XP since the wager amount was higher.

With the 1.8k coins I now had, I decided to go for a quick case battle with the following setup:

  • 3v3
  • ‘Borrow Mode’: ON
  • Crazy Mode: ON
  • Quick Unbox: ON (helps you to unbox cases quicker, which means quicker XP!)

After this I ended up losing – but the winner got around 1.5x the case battle price so it can be worth it still, Case battles are definitely the fastest levelling option if you do not mind variance.

Overall experience for wagering: 2/5 – Definitely too risky to level up ‘safely’.

Plinko

After burning through part of my balance, I tried Plinko. I dropped smaller bets across multiple balls, which gave steady XP without wiping me out too quickly. Plinko feels like a good “filler” game if you want XP but still play safe.

My Plinko setup was: 10 balls, 100 each – low risk. Starting balance was 1675.71 coins and after a thousand wagered I was left with 1666.71 – not bad at all!

For levelling, this is so far my top pick – 5/5!

Upgrader

Finally, I moved into the upgrader with a few small skins I pulled from cases. Even though I lost a couple of attempts, every bet still counted towards XP. I like that the upgrader gives you a chance to turn small wins into bigger ones while still grinding levels.

For those who want more details, I wrote about how different sites structure their upgrader games and the best ways to use them.

Results After 1000 Coins

By the time my 1000 coins were gone, I had gained multiple levels and unlocked a better daily case tier. The daily free cases are what make levelling worth it in the long run, since even a few free spins per day can add up to real CS2 Skins over time.

In terms of XP efficiency:

  • Case Battles gave the most XP per wager, but also carried the biggest swings.
  • Cases were steady and safe, perfect for slower grinding.
  • Plinko was a good balance game, letting me stretch my coins.
  • Upgrader was hit or miss, but still counted towards XP with every attempt.

Tips to Level Up Faster on Clash.gg

Stick to Smaller Bets

Going all-in burns your XP potential. Divide your balance and spread it across different games.

Play Consistently

XP is all about volume. Even if you only play a bit each day, it adds up.

Use Bonuses and Promos

Do not forget to check CSGO promo codes to boost your starting balance on sites like Clash.gg. Extra coins mean more wagers and more XP.

Focus on Case Battles if You Can Handle Swings

If you have the balance, battles are the fastest way to rack up XP. Just make sure you do not tilt when variance hits.

Final Thoughts on Clash.gg XP in 2025

After running this test, I can confidently say that Clash.gg is one of the best sites to grind XP on in 2025. Their levelling system rewards consistent play, and the daily cases make it worthwhile even if you do not cash out big wins.

If you are looking for other trusted platforms, you can compare Clash.gg with CSGO crash sites or CSGO roulette sites to see which fits your playstyle best.

For me, Clash.gg remains a top pick for XP grinding. If you are planning to put in time on one site this year, this is the one I would recommend.

I started gambling on CS:GO sites back in 2015 when skins were hotter than a dragon lore on fire. Back then, I was just another guy trying to turn a few keys into a knife. By 2017, after getting scammed, hitting some insane wins, and seeing way too many shady sites, I decided to start writing reviews. Since then, I’ve been testing every CS2 gambling site I can find, calling out the scams, and showing where the real bonuses and legit plays are. Been at it ever since.
